Teqnion är en industrikoncern. Koncernen drivs utifrån ett antal dotterbolag och bolaget investerar inom en rad olika branscher, huvudsakligen inom den industriella sektorn. Visionen är att driva investeringar på den internationella marknaden, samt förvärva och vidareutveckla tillväxtbolag med tiden. Inom koncernen återfinns bolag som Wallmek, Innoguard och Vicky Teknik.

Interim Report April - June 2026 - Teqnion AB

TEQ Flash Q2 report 2026We keep rowing our boat across a choppy sea. Net sales for the quarter were 517.9 (474.5) MSEK, up 9%, and EBITA was 72.9 (53.7) MSEK, up 36%. Organic sales are down 3% due to discontinuing unprofitable business, which also drove organic EBITA up 52%. Interim Report January - March 2026 - Teqnion AB

TEQ Flash Q1 report 2026We're on the right trajectory. The quarter's net sales are up 17% and EBITA is up 106%. Organic sales are down 5%, the result of deliberate actions to discontinue unprofitable business. The strategy is working since organic EBITA is up 13% corresponding to a Q1 EBITA margin record of 14,3% (8,1%). Free cash flow is up 7%.
