The Nomination Committee of SpectrumOne AB (publ) ("SpectrumOne" or the "Company") has submitted its proposals for the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee proposes that Fredric Forsman be elected Chairman of the Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee further proposes that the Board of Directors consist of three ordinary Board members, with no deputy members. The Nomination Committee proposes the re-election of Fredric Forsman and Cecilia Hjertzell, as well as the election of Lennart Gillberg. Hosni Teque-Omeirat has declined re-election. The Nomination Committee proposes that Fredric Forsman be elected Chairman of the Board.

The Nomination Committee proposes that the remuneration to the Board of Directors for the coming financial year amount to SEK 300,000 for the Chairman of the Board and SEK 150,000 for each of the other Board members who are not employed by the Company. Provided that the Board is elected in accordance with the Nomination Committee's proposal, the total Board remuneration for the coming financial year will amount to SEK 600,000.

The Nomination Committee further proposes that the Company have one registered public accounting firm as auditor, with no deputy auditor. The Nomination Committee proposes the re-election of the registered public accounting firm Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB as the Company's auditor until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, with Henrik Boman as the auditor in charge.
