Reference is made to the company announcement dated 5 November 2026. In connection with the exercise of warrants, and pursuant to section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, it is hereby announced that the share capital increase related to the exercise of warrants has now been registered with the Danish Business Authority. Accordingly, the total nominal value of Napatech A/S’ share capital after the capital increase is DKK 27,887,300.00, divided into 111,549,200 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.25 each, corresponding to 111,549,200 votes.
