The repurchases have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by ABG Sundal Collier AB on behalf of Prisma Properties in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the Safe Harbour Regulation).
