Mölndal, Sweden, August 3, 2026 – In accordance with the principles for the Nomination Committee adopted at the Annual General Meeting held on October 29, 2025, a Nomination Committee has been appointed ahead of Integrum AB's Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026.

The Nomination Committee has been formed based on the ownership structure of the Company as of January 30, 2026 (the last business day of January) and consists of the following members:

Jakob Have, appointed by Nordic Compound Invest A/S (Chair of the Nomination Committee)
Rickard Brånemark, appointed by Pericardium AB (also Chairman of the Board of Integrum AB)
Kristofer Westergren, appointed by virtue of his own shareholding (Board member of Integrum AB)

The task of the Nomination Committee is to prepare and present proposals to the Annual General Meeting regarding the Chairman of the Board and other Board members, Board remuneration, auditors and auditor remuneration, and, where applicable, amendments to the instructions for the Nomination Committee.
