ISIN A: SE0000190126, ISIN C: SE0000107203This notification of changes in major shareholdings is based on the number of outstanding votes and sharespublished by the issuer in a press release on 30 September 2025.1 As of 30 September 2025, the number ofvotes in the issuer was 256,287,544.0. The total number of registered shares in the issuer was 431,899,108,of which 236,775,148 were Class A shares and 195,123,960 were Class C shares.Jan Wallanders och Tom Hedelius stiftelse (the Foundation) has on 17 November 2025 requestedconversion (Sw: omvandling) of 13,000,000 Class A shares to Class C shares pursuant to the shareconversion clause in the issuer's articles of association.Based on the Foundation's share conversion, the Foundation calculates the new total number of votes in theissuer to 244,587,544.0 and the total number of shares in the issuer to 431,899,108, of which223,775,148 Class A shares and 208,123,960 Class C shares, and has based this notification of changes inmajor shareholdings on these numbers.Please note that these calculations do not account for potential share conversions requested by othershareholders during the period since the issuer last published information regarding the total number ofshares and votes in the issuer on 30 September 2025.
