Danish biotech Curasight has announced a reduction in its convertible debt as Fenja Capital exercises its right to partially convert a loan note issued in late 2025. The move not only strengthens the balance sheet but also introduces a consortium of long-term investors through a block trade. This financial restructuring comes at a significant time as the company approaches a key milestone with upcoming data from its phase I trial investigating its therapeutic platform uTREAT® in aggressive brain cancer.
