Wihlborgs Fastigheter är verksamt inom fastighetsbranschen och fokuserar på förvärv, utveckling och förvaltning av kommersiella fastigheter. Bolagets portfölj inkluderar fastigheter inom kontor/butik, logistik/produktion och projekt/mark. Verksamheten är koncentrerad till Öresundsregionen. Wihlborgs Fastigheter grundades 1924 och har sitt huvudkontor i Malmö.
Konkurrensverket har godkänt Wihlborgs tidigare offentliggjorda förvärv av Castellums fastighetsbestånd i Malmö, Lund och Helsingborg. Därmed är samtliga villkor för affären uppfyllda och förvärvet kan genomföras.
Wihlborgs har tecknat ett hyresavtal med radarteknikföretaget Weibel Scientific A/S avseende cirka 9 400 kvadratmeter i fastigheten på Sortemosevej 2 i Allerød, norr om Köpenhamn. Inflyttning sker den 1 oktober 2026.

Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Castellum to acquire all of Castellum’s property holdings in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. The acquisition comprises 95 properties and 635,000 square metres of lettable space, and is being conducted in the form of a business combination at an underlying property value of SEK 13.3 billion. Wihlborgs purpose with this acquisition is to complement its portfolio in the Öresund region with a broader range of premises. This will create new opportunities for tenants to grow while also improving the conditions for Wihlborgs’ long-term growth, also in a period with higher vacancies.
Wihlborgs har tecknat avtal med Castellum om att förvärva hela Castellums fastighetsbestånd i Malmö, Lund och Helsingborg. Wihlborgs syfte med affären är att komplettera sitt bestånd i Öresundsregionen och därmed skapa nya möjligheter för hyresgäster att utvecklas inom ett bredare lokalutbud, samt ge bättre förutsättningar för Wihlborgs långsiktiga tillväxt också i en tid med högre vakanser.

Wihlborgs tecknade tidigare i år hyresavtal om nyproduktion på Sunnanå 12:26 vid gränsen mellan östra Malmö och Burlöv, och kan nu meddela att det är Anticimex som samlar sin Malmöverksamhet i 1 200 kvm nya, moderna lokaler. Entreprenören är upphandlad och projektet går in i nästa fas, med planerad inflyttning under 2027.
Earlier this year, Wihlborgs signed a lease agreement for a new development project at Sunnanå 12:26, located on the border between eastern Malmö and Burlöv. Wihlborgs can now announce that Anticimex will consolidate its Malmö operations in 1,200 sqm of new, modern premises. The contractor has been appointed and the project is entering its next phase, with occupancy planned for 2027.
Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB publishes a supplement to the base prospectus relating to the company’s MTN Program following an increase in the program framework amount from SEK 6,000 m to SEK 9,000 m.
