Xer Tech Holding AB (publ) ("Xer") today announces that its board of directors proposes to amend Xer's articles of association to permit Xer to operate within the security market, alongside its existing defence technology business. The proposal is a response to a rapidly evolving threat landscape facing critical infrastructure across Sweden and Europe, and would position Xer to bring its drone, sensor and electronic-warfare expertise to commercial security customers.

Xer Technologies AG (Xer Tech Holding AB, Spotlight: XER) has successfully integrated UMAG’s V2Mag® and FastMag®magnetic detection payloads with its X8 PRO extended-endurance hybrid-electric multicopter, significantly expanding the platform’s capabilities for advanced airborne sensing missions. Purpose-built for drone operations, both payloads enable the precise airborne detection of magnetic anomalies associated with unexploded ordnance (UXO), as well as hidden land and naval mines. Equipped with UMAG’s FastMag® payload, the X8 PRO can also be deployed to support anti-submarine warfare (ASW) missions.

Xer Technologies Integrates Pergam-Suisse FALCON Plus Methane Sensor with X8 PRO Drone Platform

Xer Technologies AG (Xer Tech Holding AB, Spotlight: XER) and Pergam-Suisse AG have integrated the FALCON Plus infrared laser methane sensor with the Xer X8 PRO UAV platform. Gas network operators and major oil and gas companies can now survey entire infrastructure corridors for methane leaks using a single drone at an altitude of 100 meters, with full EU Methane Regulation (EUMR) Type 2 LDAR compliance.

Group Financial Overview for the Period January – March 2026 • Cash and cash equivalents as of 31 March 2026 amounted to SEK 42.1 (1.0) million. • Net revenue for the period amounted to SEK 5.6 (SEK 0.2) million • Operating costs amounted to SEK −32.0 (SEK −9.8) million. • Net result for the period amounted to SEK -26.2 (-6.7) million. • Earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.92 (SEK −67). Significant Events During the Period In January the Company completed a reverse acquisition of Xer Tech AB and changed its name from Renewable Ventures Nordic AB to Xer Tech Holding AB. Significant Events After the Balance Sheet Date The company held its Annual General Meeting on May 27 in Stockholm. During the Annual General Meeting, new board members Patrik Högberg, Håkan Behmer and Pär Gunnarsson were elected and Svein Kjellesvik left the board.
