Qben Infra är en koncern specialiserad på förvärv och utveckling av plattformar inom infrastrukturtjänster i Norden. Bolaget har en diversifierad portfölj av företag över infrastrukturnischerna: Construction, Rail, Power and Testing, Inspection & Certification. Fokusen är på att identifiera investeringsmöjligheter inom nischer med potential för utveckling, konsolidering och tillväxt. Qben Infra grundades 2001 och har sitt huvudkontor i Hägersten.
Qben Infra is strengthening its capital base through two convertible loans in total amounting to approximately 73,4 MSEK from shareholders. The capital injection will provide the Group with increased financial flexibility and stability to continue its positive development, with a particular focus on further growth and development of the Power platform.
LAJE AS, part of Qben Power, has signed a contract with Lede to carry out the reconstruction of the 132KV power line at Gulliåsen transformer station. The contract is worth approximately 125 MNOK, taking Qben Power orderbook to over 1 billion NOK.
Laje AS, part of Qben Power, has signed a contract with OX2 Construction AB for the construction of a new 36 kV power line in Sweden. The contract is worth approximately 60 MSEK and strengthens Qben Power's position in energy infrastructure in the Swedish market.
