Medicortex International AB (publ) ("Medicortex" or "the Company") announces that the publication of the interim report for the second quarter of 2026 (April–June), which according to the Company’s financial calendar was scheduled for today, 28 August 2026, has been postponed to Monday, 31 August 2026.

The postponement is due to the ongoing consolidation work resulting from the reverse acquisition of Medicortex Finland Oyj, which was completed on 29 June 2026. The Company assesses that the postponement does not affect the content of the report.
