aXichem AB (publ), (aXichem), which develops natural analogue feed additives and dietary supplement ingredients, announces a further delivery of three tonnes of aXiphen® ruminant (phenylcapsaicin) to Tecnobeef, a leading Brazilian precision nutrition company serving the livestock farming industry. The delivery is made from the local stock of aXichem’s distributor Chr. Olesen.
Deliveries of aXiphen® ruminant started in May this year, with the first six-tonne shipment delivered to Tecnobeef. Tecnobeef has begun using the product in its formulations, and with the present delivery the total volume delivered to Tecnobeef is nine tonnes.
Under aXichem's commercial model in Brazil, product is shipped from Sweden to aXichem’s distributor, Chr. Olesen, which holds stock locally and supplies Brazilian end-customers directly. Deliveries to Tecnobeef are made from that local stock. As previously communicated, an order with delivery during the fourth quarter is in place to supply continued demand in the Brazilian market.
