The subscription price upon exercise of warrants of series TO2A in aXichem AB (publ) ("aXichem" or the "Company"), which were issued as part of the rights issue announced on 3 February 2026 as well as the subsequent directed issue to a guarantor announced on 10 March 2026, has been set at SEK 1.50. The subscription price corresponds to 70 percent of the Company's share's volume-weighted average price on Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the period 31 August 2026 up to and including 4 September 2026.

The warrants of series TO2A can be exercised during the period from and including 7 September 2026 up to and including 18 September 2026 to subscribe for new Class A shares in the Company at a subscription price of SEK 1.50 per share. Holders of warrants of series TO2A who do not intend to exercise these to subscribe for new Class A shares can sell the warrants of series TO2A on Nasdaq First North Growth Market up to and including 16 September 2026. Warrants of series TO2A that are neither sold nor exercised for subscription of new Class A shares expire without value after 18 September 2026. Please note that some nominees may close their application earlier than 18 September 2026.
