AAC Clyde Space has received an order valued at EUR 824,000 (approx. SEK 9.1 M) from a Dutch aerospace company for power systems and onboard subsystems. First subsystems are expected to be delivered in early 2027, with final deliveries in the second half of 2027.

The Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO of AAC Clyde Space, Mats Thideman, has informed the company of his decision to retire. He will leave the company at the end of November 2026. The recruitment process for a successor has been initiated.
AAC Clyde Space's subsidiary AAC Omnisys has delivered the first pre-production Band 1 feed system to South Africa for installation on the SKA-Mid telescope. The delivery marks an important milestone in AAC Omnisys' work for the SKA Observatory, an international effort to build and operate next-generation radio telescopes that will transform our understanding of the Universe.

AAC Clyde Space AB (publ) has completed the second tranche of the previously announced directed share issue to Bonnier Capital, following receipt of the required approval from relevant authorities. The company has received SEK 49.7 million before transaction costs through the issue of 590,228 new shares at a subscription price of SEK 84.13 per share. As previously communicated, following completion of the second tranche, Bonnier Capital holds approximately 15.3% of the shares and votes and becomes AAC Clyde Space's largest shareholder.
AAC Clyde Space has received a EUR 2.0 M (approx. SEK 22.1 M) order from the European Space Agency (ESA) to develop and demonstrate via flight an airborne microwave radiometer instrument for future satellite altimetry missions. Revenue from the project will be recognized over the project's expected 24-month duration.
AAC Clyde Space has achieved first light, demonstrating imaging capability in orbit with its VIREON™-1 Earth Observation satellite. The satellite has completed several planned image acquisitions, with imaging data successfully downlinked to the ground.
AAC Clyde Space has signed a EUR 10.9 million (approx. SEK 119 M) contract with the European Space Agency (ESA) to advance the development and demonstration of a VDES satellite constellation and future maritime services within the INFLECION programme. The contract follows the previously completed definition phase (phase 1).
AAC Clyde Space has issued 29,903 new remuneration shares to the previous owners of Spacemetric AB, as part of an earn-out agreement. The earn-out, which is a stock based compensation without payment, was triggered by Spacemetric fulfilling a contractual milestone under the earn-out agreement. This share issue increases the total number of shares in AAC Clyde Space to 7,162,647 and raises the share capital to SEK 14,325,295, resulting in a dilution of 0.4%.
AAC Clyde Space has received an order from OHB Sweden to deliver power and data handling systems for satellites within the EPS-Sterna programme. The order value is EUR 7.6 M (approx. SEK 81.9 M).
