Amplio Private Equity, through the fund Segulah V, has entered into an agreement to sell its interest in IT-Total to NetNordic Group ("NetNordic"), a Nordic systems integrator and managed services provider backed by Norvestor. The transaction is expected to close by year-end.

Founded in 2011, IT-Total is a Stockholm-based provider of secure and sustainable managed IT services with approximately 120 employees. The company has a strong position among mid-to-large-sized private companies and public sector organisations with demanding requirements for managed services, with a core focus on security, cloud, availability and regulatory compliance.

Segulah V acquired a majority stake in 2019 and has since supported the company through its next phase of growth and strategic development. In recent years, IT-Total has delivered strong organic growth, driven by continued development of its managed services, cloud and cybersecurity offering. In addition, the company has completed four fully integrated strategic add-on acquisitions, further strengthening its offering and capabilities within secure AI-enabled managed services.
